_{Payment and Refund Policy}
✧ Payment is upfront unless a payment plan is created. After payment has been received I will begin to work on the client's commission.
✧ All payments are non-refundable. If for any reason the client would like to cancel, the money the client has already paid me will NOT be refunded, and the commission will be paused where I left off if the commission has been started.
✧ If I have not started the commission and deem I am unable to complete the work, I will issue a full refund. If I have started the commission and deem I am unable to finish, a partial refund will be negotiated and issued.

_{Standard and Rush Order Commission Timeline}
✧ My current completion time of projects without rush order priority is >1-2 months and will be stated at the beginning of the commission process. If I feel I am unable to complete the work in this amount of time, the client will be notified.
✧ If the client has a deadline they would like me to complete the work by, this must be disclosed when inquiring.
✧ Any deadline that is given under two business weeks is considered a rush commission.
✧ Rush orders will add 50% of the original price to the total price, and the client will receive the work within a deadline that I agree to. Rush orders are only available if I can meet the deadline.
✧ NDA/Privacy Fee: Must be asked for at the beginning of the commission process as it affects the total price of the artwork. The privacy fee will add 50% of the original price to the total price.

_{**Art Process and Revisions **}
✧ I will only use one method of contact to communicate with the client during the commission process, depending on their preference.
✧ Updates and progress of all commission work can be found on my Trello sheet! Once completed, the work will be sent via Google Drive or email, at the client's discretion.
✧ I will send WIP sketches for the client to approve before I move on to finalizing the artwork. Please keep in mind I will not be able to make any further progress until I receive approval.
✧ As I do not do refunds, I will accept revisions. I offer an unlimited amount of SKETCH revisions, but final work revisions may incur an additional fee (up to the full amount of the original).
✧ I offer four updates during my art process for the client to provide feedback:
1. Sketches - (very simple pose and details) Any feedback is welcome during this phase.
2. Lineart - (very intricate linework and details) Small/minor feedback is welcome during this phase.
3. Flat Colors - (lineart + flat colors) any feedback is welcome during this phase.
4. Rendering - (all heavy lighting, texture, and form) Small/minor feedback is welcome during this phase.
(painting and rendering revisions will incur an additional fee. If the lineart needs to be heavily altered, a possible fee will be incurred.)

_{**Client Usage Policy and Rights **}
✧ Unless it is stated that the commercial rights are included in the price for the commission, these commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and cannot be used for profit by any means. If the client commissioned me with personal use pricing, they can request to pay to have the rights for commercial use and resale.
✧ As a client, you may not claim the work as your own, change, modify, or edit the artwork without my permission, or use my art as a template/base.
✧ The client is allowed to use the art as they please with credit (Twitter posts, layouts, personal prints, etc.), but no profit can be made from the artwork.
✧ If the use of the commissioned artwork is to be for commercial purposes, I highly encourage mentioning so at the start of the commission process, as it affects the final price to include the transfer of rights.
✧ The rights may be transferred for up to 300% of the original price, plus the original price.
✧ I do not accept requests to make NFT art. If my artwork is made into an NFT, I will revoke all artwork rights and the client will be blacklisted.
✧ I do not allow clients to use my work in image-generating AI programs. If my artwork is found to have been run through one of these machine-learning programs, I will revoke all artwork rights and the client will be blacklisted.

_{Artist Usage Policy and Rights}
✧ I, the artist, hold the right to the produced drawing. I am allowed to: Promote myself in any place/website, publish (artbooks/etc.) using the artwork, and display or post it where I like.
✧ I reserve the right to decline any work if I deem I am unable to complete the work to my standard, or if it does not meet my terms.
✧ I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork unless the rights are purchased and the copyright is transferred.
✧ If the commission purchased is fanart of a franchise or series, I reserve the right to sell prints or publish (artbooks/etc.) as rights cannot be transferred to the client.

_{How long have you been doing art?}
✧ I’ve been doing for most of my life, but I started doing commissions and client work in 2018! I started doing digital illustration work around that time as well.

_{What art programs do you use?}
✧ I use Procreate and Clip Studio Paint 2.x, and have some experience using programs including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

_{What art tablet/keyboard do you use?}
✧ I started doing digital art about 6 years ago on an iPad Pro! All of my recent work has been on an XPpen Artist 22 Pro (2nd Gen), and I recently got a XPpen Artist 12 (2nd Gen) that I’m excited to try out and review! I used to use a Wacom Intuos Art a long time ago, but have since preferred screen tablets.

_{What has been your favorite project to work on?}
✧ My favorite project that I’ve worked on so far has been my live2d model! I learned a lot all at once between separating an illustration, to doing keyform animation in Live2D Cubism. It was a very ambitious undertaking with my extreme expectations, but I think it turned out really good for it being my first completed model!

_{Do you have any Original Characters (OCs)?}
✧ I do! I’m still making info pages for them, but I have quite a few! I hope you’ll stay tuned to learn more about them in the future.
